Order Statuses – What do they mean?
  • Order Received/On-Hold: Your order has been received, but has not been charged to your card. We verify all order with your bank prior to processing them.
  • Processing: Your order has been processed and is with our shipping department. The order cannot be edited or changed anymore.
  • Completed: Your order has been picked up by USPS and is on it’s way to you. You will receive an email with the tracking number, if you do not see it in your email please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to show tracking updates.

What is WAAVE? Pay with WAAVE

WAAVE is the credit card processing company that powers the transactions on our website. When you pay with WAAVE your credit card or bank statement will show your transaction as BUYCK Inc or OPMS, you will not see KRATOM on your credit card statement.

What name shows up when you charge my card?

Payment processing is done with one of the following names, the charge on your card and your card statement will show one of these name.

If you pay using WAAVE your bank statement will show:

  • OPMS or BUYCK Inc

If you pay via Venmo or Alternative credit card method your bank statement will show:

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept payment through all VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover credit/debit cards.
  • We also accept payments through the Venmo app.
  • All purchases are processed through secure encrypted servers.


How Can I Redeem My Rewards/Loyalty Points?

To redeem your loyalty points:

  • You must login to your account before you checkout.
  • During checkout, the system will automatically check how many loyalty points you have and will redeem those for you. You can see this in the LOYALTY  POINTS section of the checkout page. If you do not wish to redeem your points, you don’t have to.
  • To see how much in discounts you get by redeeming your points, please look at the CHECKOUT PAGE.

A few notes:

  • Anytime your purchase something from us, you accumulate one percent in loyalty points (You must be logged in to your account earn points).
  • Loyalty points do not expire and you can use them in your next purchase.
  • Please make sure to sign up to be able to accumulate loyalty points. If you do not sign up there is no way for us to add your points to your account since you do not have an account.


Do you offer returns?
  • We do offer returns only on unopened and unused products.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt.
  • Please contact us to initiate return. We will issue an RMA #. Please mark your return package with this number. We will not accept returns without it.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the return was due to our mistake). We recommend tracking service be purchased to ensure safe arrival.


Do you offer FREE Shipping?
  • Yes, all orders above the minimum amount receive FREE standard shipping – you can always upgrade to faster shipping methods at checkout.
How can I track my order?
  • You will receive tracking information within a day of shipment of your order.
  • If you do not see the tracking email please check your SPAM/JUNK folder in your email account.
  • You can also login to your account on our website and view the tracking number under your orders in the “My Account” page.

How quickly do you ship orders?
  • We ship orders within 1-2 business days.
Updated Shipping Information for USPS and UPS (COVID-19)

Due to COVID-19 few shipments through through the carriers we use will experience delays. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed by us.

USPS: Packages are not guaranteed by us or USPS to be delivered within the stated business days. Some shipments will take longer than usual and some shipments will take much longer. We are not responsible for these delayed shipments and will not issue shipping charge refunds. All shipping times are estimates. Please plan ahead.

UPS: has stopped issuing Money Back Guarantees since March of this year due to COVID-19. All UPS shipping times are estimates and some shipments will take longer than usual than the stated times on our site. We will not be issuing refunds for shipping charges on any of UPS offered services. Please plan ahead.

We understand the frustration of shipments that are delayed can create and so we recommend that you plan your purchases ahead. Even tough most packages are delivered within their stated times some packages will experience delays.

When will my order ship?
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Will the website or product names be on the order package?
  • We are a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours.
  • We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.
  • The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours.
  • The names of our website or products do NOT appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
