Order Statuses – What do they mean?

  • Order Received/On-Hold: Your order has been received, but has not been charged to your card. We verify all order with your bank prior to processing them.
  • Processing: Your order has been processed and is with our shipping department. The order cannot be edited or changed anymore.
  • Completed: Your order is ready to be picked up by the shipping carrier and is will be on it’s way to you shortly. You will receive an email with the tracking number, if you do not see it in your email please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please allow 24-36 business hours for the carrier website to show tracking updates online.
