OPMS may not be the cheapest, or the strongest, or the flashiest extract out there – but it has set the standard for years. It deserves the name Gold, as it really sets the standard for Kratom capsules.

It is a moderate-high strength (will be strong if you tolerance is low) multipurpose extract – equally good for energy/physical labor, pain relief, relaxation, anxiety reduction, and sleep.

Compared to Black, it is less sedating and not quite as powerful for pain or sleep, but it is much better for daytime use bc it has a mix of stimulating and relaxing qualities and doesn’t interfere as much with your thinking. I use both but I take Gold more often and Black for serious pain and sleep.

Some people will ask why pay for this extract when some companies have stronger products or you could just use a large amount of enhanced powder? Aren’t you just paying for the name recognition?

I would argue no. It’s worth the money for several reasons. First, it’s far easier to swallow a Gold capsule than to chug a gallon of tea made from leaf. It’s better for your stomach and less cross than swallowing 10-20 silver/powdered kratom capsules. But most importantly, it has three things that others don’t: extra 7-OH that you won’t get no matter how much kratom powder you consume, accurate measurements on the packages of the 7-OH and mitragynine in each capsule, and amazing quality control.

It is most similar to Maeng Da, but the 7-OH makes it stronger and smoother than huge amounts of mitragynine. I have never had a capsule that was stronger or weaker than another, a capsule that was poorly made, a different feeling, etc. You can count on every Gold capsule to be the same, and even people who need intense pain relief should be able to get by with a few capsules max without passing out.

Also just want to shout out OPMS Direct: they always ship quickly, have multiple shipping options including 1-2 day overnight, discreet packaging, and I’ve never had a damaged or deficient product. You can get substantial discounts for larger amounts that are similar to what stores pay wholesale. Have had a good experience every time – the only time a package was delayed was during a massive blizzard that shut all transport down and they refunded my shipping costs without any problem. I buy pretty much all my Kratom here and anytime I’ve tried other suppliers I end up regretting it.

3 packs /delaminated/damaged/not sealed? Never had a problem before this, and I’m sure it doesn’t happen often, but quite upsetting given the price… AND definitely didn’t use any from those supplement packs..this is the best price anyone has to offer! Usually smooth Sailing with out complication, I guess it just got unlucky. The bubble wrap had been definitely contrast in the areas of the breakage In the back of each pack is kind of perforated so I don’t think it would take much to break a seal. You shouldn’t ever keep supplements that are potentially tampered with or broken. Worked at GNC back in the day and our policy on this is pretty strict as it is this companies, unfortunately I did not see the issue until the first two packs were gone. I’m sure customer service will be there send Neu packs or potentially a refund. Still wouldn’t look anywhere else.
